Cessna Citation Business Jet Type Rating Course IThis type-rating course is designed for the professional pilot with considerable previous experience in turbine and / or jet aircraft. The course requires diligent home study prior to attending class. The course commences with ground school on aircraft systems and performance, general operational procedures, followed by instrument refresher in the FTD and systems integration training in the CPT. Additional systems integration training is performed in the actual cockpit of the Citation in preparation for flight training. Flight training is performed to ATP standards and then the practical test is taken in the Citation aircraft. The course requires diligent home study before attending class. The course commences with extensive ground school on aircraft systems and performance, general operational procedures, extensive crew procedures training in the FTD and systems integration training in the CPT. Additional systems integration training is performed in the actual cockpit of the Citation in preparation for flight training.
